 Medication and Food Refills: 

When requesting refills, it is best to contact us when you still have at least a one week’s supply left of your pet’s medication or food.

This helps ensure that you don’t run out during the refill process as some medications and or food are occasionally out of stock and or backordered.

Refills of medications and or foods requiring doctor approval can only be processed on the days that your pet’s veterinarian is in the office and can take up to 24 hours for approval.
